Below you will find our most popular questions about Baffin Bay, The Ranch House, & package trips. Please don't hesitate to call if you have a question that is not listed.

What is the cancellation policy?Cancellations must be made 30 days PRIOR to your scheduled stay. Holiday/spring break cancellations must be made 60 days PRIOR to your scheduled stay. Text messages, voicemails, or phone calls are not acceptable forms of cancellation. We require an email request to cancel or reschedule your dates. Once you have entered the non-cancellation period, you will not be able to receive a deposit refund. We suggest purchasing travel insurance.

Do you offer discounts for fishing & hunting packages?YES! You will receive a discounted lodging rate when you package your trip with Paradise Guide Services.

Do you have an online calendar?We currently do not have an online calendar. Please submit a contact form or call us to go over available dates. Your reservation will be confirmed once a deposit has been paid. First come first serve. We will not hold dates without a deposit.

Do you provide fishing supplies for the pier?We do not provide supplies for fishing off of the pier. We do provide a lighted pier, running water, covered fish cleaning area, fishing cleaning table and sink.

What time is Check-In & Check-Out?CHECK-IN is 4:00 PM or later CHECK-OUT is 12:00 PM or earlier on all properties.

Do you have a nightly minimum?2 night minimum stay is required for all reservations. 3 night minimum stay is required during all Federally recognized holidays, Christmas, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, Easter and spring break.

Can we bring an outdoor fire ring?NO FIRE PITS. This includes building any type of fire outside of the BBQ pit. You will be evicted from the property immediately.

Do we have to package our stay with a guided fishing trip or dove hunt?Due to working in partnership with Paradise Guide Services, specific dates may only be available with a guided fishing trip, quail hunt or dove hunt. This allows us to ensure accommodations for all customers.

What is your maximum occupancy?The maximum number of guests is limited to 12 persons, including children & day guests. WE DO NOT ALLOW LARGE GATHERINGS OR PARTIES outside of approved corporate trips.

Are you pet friendly?YES! NON-REFUNDABLE $50 per pet fee & pets MUST be disclosed at booking. Pets must be crated when left unattended, NOT allowed on furniture, and NOT allowed in pool. Pets must be up to date on Rabies Vaccination & flea/tick medication. By bringing your pet, you are accepting responsibility for any damages to the lodge.

Do you allow bad weather cancellations?No refunds due inclement weather. EXCEPTION- Due to our location, we may have to cancel/reschedule your stay due to a hurricane, tropical storm, or extreme flooding. These decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis. If your stay is cancelled due to one of these circumstances, you will be refunded in full or have the option to reschedule.
